Is Gaviscon discontinued?
Gaviscon was discontinued and a repeat abdomen x-ray 2 days later showed complete resolution of the mass. Clinicians must be aware of this possible unwanted side effect, which may eventually cause intestinal obstruction at a later stage.
When should you not take Gaviscon?
Some medicines must not be taken at the same time as Gaviscon. This is because the medicines can interfere with each other. Do not take Gaviscon within 2 hours before or after taking: antihistamines.
Is Gaviscon available in the US?
