For a woman with a regular period, conception typically occurs about 11-21 days after the first day of the last period.
Most women do not know the exact date of conception because it can be challenging to know exactly when ovulation occurs.
How do I know the exact date I got pregnant?
Once you have a general idea of when you ovulated, you can use an adjusted LMP to find your due date with a pregnancy wheel. For example, if your menstrual cycle is usually 35 days long and the first day of your LMP was November 1: Add 21 days (November 22). Subtract 14 days to find your adjusted LMP date (November 8).
Can doctors tell the day you conceived?
You’re most likely to have conceived if you had sex on the day you ovulated or up to five days before. So, if you know when your period was due, count back two weeks to find your ovulation date. This is most likely to be when you conceived.
Can a scan show date of conception?
